I get a kick out of sitting down and writing what's on my mind. You just have to put out there what you think and feel. People will either agree or disagree and tell you so. That's what makes blogging so much fun. I even like it when they disagree, it keeps me thinking and lets me know that I don't have all the answers.

The part that I hate, dread each day, is doing the internal SEO that is so critical to the blogs success. You need the SEO if you want to be successful. It's crucial that the search engines know what to look for when they come crawling your site or blog in search of great content and how it relates to other articles you have written in the past. That's half the battle getting your in house or blog links pointing to your best or past pages to get and pass juice to each other.

Now, when I'm exciter the adrenaline is flowing the last thing I,m going to remember is what I wrote a month or worse a year ago so it can all be tied together for mother Google to crawl. Most of the time I just draw a blank, so the links don't get built and the juice doesn't get passed around. What happens, Google and the other search engines won't show there love and send me traffic like they would if all my links were in place and tied together.

And then to make matters worse I usually remember later when I'm away from the computer what I forgot to link. I try to find a piece of paper to write the thought down and then hopefully I'll remember the note when I get back to working on the blog. I suppose I could install a white board in my shower since that's where I seem to have most of these epiphanies and then just take the white board and put it by my computer for later work. Knowing me, the next time I needed the white board it would be besides the computer where I left it, not in the shower where I needed it. Sometimes you just can't win.

The problem with this whole scenario is that writing that post for your blog is like being in a heated battle, all your focus is on writing the article because the topic is hot on your mind and you can't wait to put down those all important words that's on your mind. Doesn't make any difference whether it's a short 100 word blurb or a couple of thousand word post it is important and you want to get it said no matter what the cost. I don't know about you but after the post has been written the very last thing I want to do is go back and try to remember what I have written in the past and link it all together. That my friend is Boring.

A "Silver Bullet" for SEO, is there one? I wish I could write that there was some magic but there just isn't. But there is a program that's about to be released that's as close to the "Silver Bullet for SEO" as you can get. I can use all the help I can get with the internal linking structure of my site and blog. It's so crucial yet it's so boring and hard for me to do. Well, saying it's hard to do is a bit of a lie, let's just double the boring part and leave it at that.

Bottom line is this: I love writing posts, adding content to my sites and blogs but I hate and put off doing the link structure part that is boring, frustrating and just plain tedious. I put that off as long as I can.
